Jo Frances Hill Endowed Scholarship

The Jo Frances Hill Endowed Scholarship was established to assist first-year students who are graduates of Northeast Early College High School in Austin, TX who have demonstrated experience in or commitment to working with historically undeserved or marginalized populations, are high academic achievers, have demonstrated financial need, were engaged in high school sports and other activities and from a single parent household or raised by other family members. Second preference is given to graduates of high schools in Austin, TX or the surrounding area who meet the stated criteria. In addition, preference will be given to students who may have overcome some adversity in life and/or are working to support themselves or family. The scholarship is renewable up to four years if recipient is meeting University’s minimum criteria for financial aid and adhering to TCU’s high academic and personal conduct standards.
