TCU Black Alumni Alliance

Members, friends, and family of the Black Alumni Alliance (BAA) established the BAA Scholarship in 2002, with the purpose of supporting the academic journey of a TCU student of Black heritage. The BAA accepts applications and awards TCU undergraduate students who are low-income, first-generation, or who come from communities underrepresented in higher education. Students who demonstrate experience in or commitment to working with historically underrepresented and/or marginalized groups will also be considered. Students of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Recipients will be rising junior or senior students (successful completion of 53 hours before academic year of scholarship), have a TCU grade point average of at least 2.0 and have financial need as evidenced by the FAFSA or TASFA.
