Michael K. Berry Endowed Scholars Program
The Michael K. Berry Endowed Scholars Program provides a scholarship up to the full cost of attendance based on academic achievement for rising junior or senior Finance majors with a concentration in Real Estate or Finance majors with demonstrated interest in a career with commercial real estate. Recipients should have outstanding academic excellence with a minimum GPA of 3.25, exhibit leadership ability and future potential and exemplify the mission of TCU by thinking and acting as ethical leaders and responsible citizens in the global community. Students with demonstrated financial need as evidenced through completion of the 2026-2027 FAFSA or TASFA for the upcoming academic year will be given higher consideration. Finalists will participate in an interview with Mr. Berry and a group of his choosing to recommend the recipients of the award.
Need-based scholarships require completion of the FAFSA (https://studentaid.gov) or TASFA in order to determine eligibility. If you have not already completed the FAFSA or TASFA for the upcoming academic year, please do so now to avoid ineligibility for this scholarship opportunity.
