  4. I recognize that I am applying for a scholarship in the amount up to the program fee ($1400) but will not exceed the program fee ($1400) and I am not guaranteed to be selected as a recipient. I agree to being responsible for all other expenses which include airfare to/from New York, transportation to/from airport, transportation within New York city (subways, taxi, ground transportation), most meals, and incidentals.
